- Party B deposits 500-1000 usd to ensure that the cool traffic fine ( during renting car time ) which will be refunded after 45 days from the time the car is returned to Party A.
ARTICLE 3: RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TWO PARTIES
3.1. Responsibilities of Party A.
- This contract includes car body insurance. The insurance company will pay the loss to Party B with the conditions of indemnification and compliance with insurance laws in Vietnam.
- Deliver the vehicle and all documents related to the vehicle on time and in a safe and clean condition to ensure service quality when used by Party B.
- The relevant vehicle papers include: vehicle registration certificate (notarized copy), inspection certificate, original car insurance certificate.
- Responsible for buying compulsory insurance and Car body insurance for the vehicle.
3.2. Responsibility of Party B
- Check the vehicle thoroughly before receiving and before returning the vehicle. Sign a handover confirmation of the vehicle's condition upon receipt and return.
- Full payment of car rental to Party A when Party B receives the car.
- Comply with the vehicle return regulations as signed in the contract. The rental period is calculated from the time Party B receives the car until Party B returns the car and signs it. If the vehicle is not returned on time, Party B will have to pay extra money, and the extra payment will be calculated on a daily basis as specified in Article 2 of this Contract.
- Party B is responsible for compensation for damage to the interior and exterior and any loss of spare parts and accessories of the vehicle. If Party A detects that the internal and external spare parts of the vehicle are damaged or exchanged, Party B must compensate 100% of the price of genuine parts.
- Party B must bear 100% of the cost of repairing the car if there is any damage or accident if the party B break the term of the insurance policy such as being drunk etc. If the car has a serious accident or the loss related to the replacement of parts such as the hood door, the iron sill is assessed as an accident loss
On the days when the car cannot run due to Party B's fault ( we call loss of use ) such an accident, damaged due to Party B's fault), Party B must pay completely on those daté at 700 usd/ month ( We call loss of use )
- All travel and accommodation expenses of Party A to solve the problem caused by Party B's fault, Party B must bear it completely.
- Strictly comply with road traffic laws. Self-responsibility for civil and criminal matters during the rental period. To bear the cost of petrol, ferry, wharf, hot fines, Traffic fine violation according to the errors prescribed by Vietnamese law... If any costs arise at the time Party B rents the car, Party B still bears the cost even though the contract has been liquidated. Party A will base on the departure time and departure date in the signed contract along with the cold ticket as evidence to resolve the violation.
- Party B must check the vehicle on a monthly basis as required.
- Absolutely do not use the vehicle for illegal acts: pawning, racing, transporting contraband, banned goods, subletting others, deliberately cutting off the GPS navigation device... Do not hand over the steering wheel to the driver. the person is incompetent, does not have a license from B1 or higher. Do not give the car to a third party or anyone else and only Party B can use it. In case Party A has grounds to believe that Party B shows signs of violation, Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, take the car back without prior notice to Party B and all lease, purchase and sale contracts. The car from party B to a third party is later worthless and invalid. If the car is not found, the police will be notified to track the vehicle. When the vehicle is detected and found, the party A has the right to use the backup key to take the car back to protect its property and is not responsible at all to the law. Party B must be fully responsible before the law and bear other costs incurred.
- Party B is obliged to pay the rent in the following quarters, if after the payment date, Party B still has not fulfilled the payment obligation, then Party A will recover the property to liquidate the contract.
- Party B must use real and unique documents to complete the car rental procedures and sign the contract.
- Party A has the right to take back the car without prior notice when party B pays late or uses the car for improper purposes, does not maintain the vehicle, the GPS device does not work and cannot contact Party B. .
- Party B violating any of the above terms will be fined with compensation equal to the remaining contract value or or at least the amount of deposit and rent paid to Party A without being refunded.
ARTICLE 4: INSURANCE POLICY
-This rental car applies compulsory insurance policy and body insurance policy and is applied according to the insurance company's policy for specific cases Party B Renting car absolutely does not drink alcohol while driving and keep at the scene of the accident and notify the nearest police agency as well as notify Party A (if Party B violates the above article, the insurance company does not pay due to falling into the case of insurance exemption and the B will have to pay the cost of repairing the car

ARTICLE 4: GENERAL TERMS
- This contract and its appendices (if any) are an integral part of the contract, the parties are obliged to perform and commit to strictly comply with the terms of time of delivery and return of the vehicle. of the contract, neither party arbitrarily unilaterally modify, suspend or cancel the contract before the due date. The breaching party will compensate by the deposit amount and the remaining contract value. All violations must be handled according to law.
- During the performance of the contract, if any problems arise, the parties will discuss and solve them in the spirit of cooperation and respect for the interests of both parties and are expressed in writing. If it cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the Economic Court of Hanoi (or the Economic Court of the locality as designated by Party A) for judgment. This will be the final decision binding on the parties.
- This contract will be liquidated when Party B returns the vehicle to Party A, accepted by Party A and both parties agree to sign the handover minutes.
- The contract takes effect from the date the two parties sign the contract.
- The contract is considered to be automatically liquidated when the contract term expires without any dispute between the two parties.
- The contract is made into 02 (two) copies, each party keeps one copy and has the same value.

The operating status of the accelerator, clutch and gear is perfect. There is no error on the control board. If there is any abnormality, do not receive the car and ensure the the car when returned also meets the operation requirements as handed over (as well as there must be no abnormal error on the control board). It is required to note that half clutch driving is not applicable for manual transmission car (when there is an error, stop immediately and report to party A for instructions on how to handle). The automatic transmission car will not return to P while the car remains running.
