Beside you are liabilties for civil law and criminal if you make traffic violation cause demage to people or other vehicals.

Before Driving in vietnam you will need to know some important traffic board that you may not see in your country

This traffic board inform you drive at max speed 50km/ hour where there are many speed carmeras is recording your driving. While you are drivng at speed of 80 km / hour in national highway 1 ( Ql1 ) before slow down to 50km in a town or city.

If you are over speed from 10-20km/ hour then the fine is 200 usd and the traffic police will minus 2 Points( Rent a local driver licence 2 points/ 12 points= 160 usd
