I arranged my transfer from between Hanoi and Ha Long by emails with CAT- he was very helpful - answered all my questions and accommodated some last minute changes in my plans. He confirmed the price and payment method in advance - i found the price to be reasonable. The cars were clean, driver polite and drove considerately. The service was punctual and we could request comfort stops along the way. I cant fault the service i received and definitely recommend it.

Cat Transportation Services has the best ground transportation service that I have experienced in my 20+ years of arranging logistics for meetings! I just used their services for a board meetin Hanoi a few weeks ago and we received nothing but wonderful reviews from our attendees. The drivers called as soon as flights landed, met the guest and off to the hotel they went. Our guests noted that the drivers were easy to talk to and enjoyed their conversations to and from the airport - they felt like family We also utilized Cat car for bus service to and from offsite dinners. Even a last minute change of plans due to a cancelled flight was handled without issue. Would definitely recommend! Also if you're a party of five request a 7 pax vehicle it gets a little tight once you add luggage.
